"I called them today wanting a policy. I got my license number wrong and had to start over. She(linda) i think let out s sigh like a teenager. I mean come on like this is what i want to be doing on my lunch. There were a couple other thing that really was unprofessional. I called allstate and got a policy ten min later. I was very disappointed. Im a man of course i got the name wrong. But i most definitely did not get the place wrong. And i didnt make it to the system because i couldn't get throught your staff's attitude. Dismiss it however you would like."

"Collin’s website say his hours are from 8:30 to 5:00. When I called, I end up in the corporate phone bank limbo. I finally got hold of someone at corporate and they said that his website should be stating 9:00 as the time to call. So I call back at 9:00 and I get a clerk who can’t actually do anything other than take a message. I asked when Collin will be available to call and she said she didn’t know. “He’s got four kids so I don’t know when he will be in”. Not a professional customer oriented organization."

"It is really nice to be able to talk to a person I trust about my insurance needs. I did not like talking to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine when I called my soon to be former insurance company. Today, Collin handled setting up my insurance policy for me, in person. He did so professionally, personably, and efficiently. He made a suggestion to protect me from a $3,000 liability. He quickly gave me a quote for an additional policy I will need in the near future. The next two months I was overcharged a LOT. So, I reached out to the office. I have called over three times with promises of a return call. Nothing yet. I am dumbfounded at the lack of customer service and the audacity of inconsistent billing practices."
